  • Refunds apply only to the initial payment. Renewals, plan upgrades, add-ons, or subsequent payments are not refundable.

  • Refunds are applicable only for payments made directly to Ellanext Group. If you made the payment via third-party platforms, their refund rules may apply.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances:

  • Requests made after the 48-hour period.

  • Refund requests for renewals, add-ons, or repeat subscriptions.

  • Non-usage of the service or dissatisfaction not related to technical issues.

  • Minor interruptions, maintenance, or temporary downtime.

  • Account violations, misuse, or fraudulent activity.

  • Mid-cycle cancellations — partial or prorated refunds are not provided.

  • Third-party integrations or services purchased separately are excluded.

4. Refund Process

  • Send refund requests to ellanextgroup@gmail.com with your payment details and reason for the request.

  • We may ask for additional information to verify eligibility.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

  • Once a refund is initiated, the account may be suspended or downgraded to a free/trial plan with limited access.

5. Our Right to Refuse Refunds

Ellanext Group reserves the right to deny refund requests if:

  • There is evidence of fraud or policy abuse.

  • The request lacks sufficient proof or information.

  • The account has violated the Terms & Conditions of Flyercooker App.

We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be communicated through our website or by email.
Continued use of Flyercooker App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
